Passion for and knowledge of leadership- and organizational development

I’ve worked with Gijs for several years at ASML, when he was the responsible HR Business Partner for Development & Engineering. I’ve come to know Gijs as a broad, all-round HR professional with a specific passion for (and knowledge of) leadership development and organizational development / design. Gijs is a down-to-earth, open and no-nonsense guy to work with who will bring in his ideas and experiences and who is a great asset to any HR team.
