I have enjoyed working with Gijs in my time at Aon. Gijs is always eager to come up with new, innovative solutions to business issues. In addition to his HR Business Partner role, he always took the lead on various HR projects, including a project on Employability and a project on Flexible Benefits and working conditions. Projects always had multiple facets (HR, IT, change management, processes, employee participation) and Gijs always has led the project team enthusiastically with the end result being state-of-the-art tools and processes. Gijs is reliable with great knowledge of HR processes, combined with good social skills.
